Both companies are listed with the two major bourses of the country.

Deepak H Saluja is the Co-Founder, Group CEO and Board Member of The Social Loan Company a Singapore-based, AI-powered, credit-led neo-banking consumer fintech platform. Deepak is a banking and financial services veteran with over 25 years of entrepreneurial and industry experience in senior leadership positions across Standard Chartered, Citigroup, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse.

Raman is a successful tech entrepreneur and private equity investor. He is the founder & former Chairman/CEO of NASDAQ listed M*Modal Inc, a leading voice recognition, healthcare document technology company that he took from a start-up to until it was sold to One Equity Partners for over a billion dollars in 2012. Since then, he has actively invested in a number of ventures across India, Middle East and USA. He is also a limited partner in three large international private equity funds. He recently joined the board of THub- one of India’s most successful tech incubator and accelerator. Mr. Lutfe M. Ayub holds the position of an Independent Director of Alliance Holdings Ltd. Mr. Lutfe M. Ayub has been inducted as the Chairman of Rabab group of companies. He has also been elected as an Independent Director of Summit Alliance Port Limited.

Mr. Ayub was recognized as a Commercial Important Person (CIP) multiple times because of his contribution to the promotion of Exports from Bangladesh.
